Kinley Metal Private Limited was pleased to welcome participants of the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Participant from Jigme Namgyel Engineering College (JNEC) during their visit to our company today.
The visit provided the participants with an opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to an industrial working environment and to learn about the practical application of engineering knowledge in the ferro manufacturing and construction industry.
During the visit, the participants were introduced to our ongoing operations, facilities, equipment. The interaction also provided an opportunity for meaningful discussions between the participants and our team, allowing them to connect their academic learning with real-world industrial practices.
At Kinley Metal Private Limited, we value opportunities that promote industry–academia collaboration and practical learning. We believe that such exposure plays an important role in helping students and trainees develop the technical knowledge, workplace awareness, and practical competencies required for their future careers.
