The project team and end users of Kinley Metals Private Limited (KMPL) successfully completed three days of intensive, hands-on training on the Odoo ERP system from August 26–29, 2026. The training was conducted onsite at the KMPL Factory Office by the implementation team from DrukSmart Private Limited.
The training covered key concepts of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), an overview of the Odoo platform, and detailed functional sessions on the modules relevant to KMPL’s operations, including Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Human Resources, Fleet, and Maintenance. Participants also received practical training on data management and day-to-day system operations through hands-on exercises.
The intensive sessions provided the KMPL team with a strong understanding of the Odoo ERP processes and practical experience in using the system. This has helped build their confidence and readiness to operate the ERP independently following the system go-live.
